How Does It Work?

The Loading Phase is when the Dieter consumes between 1500-2000 calories for 2 days, this causes the body to store more fat which are used up when the body goes into the restricted calorie phase. 6-10 HCG diet drops are taken 6 times a day.
The Maintenance Phase is spread over 21-40 days depending on the amount of weight that needs to be lost. Here the calorie intake is maintained at 500 calories with 6-10 HCG drops 6 times a day. This combination uses up the fat deposits & releases calories in the blood stream.
This diet has to be maintained for at least 3 weeks with a restriction on fried & sweet foods & some dairy products.
The Stabilization Phase is for 21 days where the lost weight needs to be maintained. The drops are stopped & diet is still controlled with the same restrictions as above. The recommended calorie intake is 800 for women & 1000 for men.
This diet claims to help you lose 34 lbs or 15 Kg by this method during the maintenance phase.
